Startup Factory is a non-profit organization founded in March 2015 by a group of young entrepreneurs working in the IT sector. What unites the team is our willingness to support people who want to develop their digital skills and start their own successful business.

Our mission is to develop key digital skills, both in students and adults, aware of the need for digital competences in the 21st century.

Over the past years, we have managed to help hundreds of young people from Ruse take their first steps in various digital sciences; dozens of employees, freelancers and start-ups from across the country to develop their digital and business skills; civic active people from the region to register their NGO organizations to formalize their struggle for meaningful causes.

In 2023 we have worked intensively and organized a series of events and educational courses – Marketing & Sales, Getting Started with Programming, 3D Modeling, Online Commerce Basics, Startup Booster Entrepreneurship Program, as well as the first in Bulgaria training for replicating social ideas Replication Challenge and others.
In 2024, we are focusing our efforts on online trainings and video lessons for self-study at a convenient time and place for everyone.
